Introduction

Welcome to Vinyasa India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services for your traditional Indian weddings and cultural celebrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are committed to providing exceptional event planning services while maintaining clear expectations and professional standards. Please read these Terms carefully before booking our services.

Service Agreement

Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • • Traditional Indian wedding planning and coordination
  • • Cultural celebration event management
  • • Vendor coordination and management
  • • Venue selection and booking assistance
  • • Religious ceremony planning and coordination
  • • Catering and hospitality services coordination

Booking and Confirmation

  • • All bookings require a signed service agreement and advance payment
  • • Service dates are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit
  • • Changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges
  • • We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion

Service Delivery

We commit to delivering our services with professionalism and cultural sensitivity. Service details will be outlined in your specific service agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • • 50% advance payment required upon booking confirmation
  • • 25% payment due 60 days before the event date
  • • Final 25% payment due 15 days before the event
  • • All payments include applicable taxes as per Indian law

Payment Methods

  • • Bank transfer (preferred method)
  • • Credit/Debit card payments
  • • UPI and digital wallet payments
  • • Cheque payments (subject to clearance)

Late Payment

Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation. A late fee of 2% per month may be charged on overdue amounts. We reserve the right to demand full payment before proceeding with event arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

  • • 90+ days before event: 25% of total contract value retained
  • • 60-89 days before event: 50% of total contract value retained
  • • 30-59 days before event: 75% of total contract value retained
  • • Less than 30 days: 100% of total contract value retained

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

Service Provider Cancellation

If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund and assist in finding alternative service providers where possible.

Responsibilities

Our Responsibilities

  • • Provide professional event planning services as agreed
  • • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on your behalf
  • • Maintain confidentiality of your personal information
  • • Deliver services with cultural sensitivity and authenticity
  • • Provide timely communication and updates

Client Responsibilities

  • • Provide accurate and complete information for planning
  • • Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
  • • Obtain necessary permits and approvals where required
  • • Communicate any changes or concerns promptly
  • • Respect vendor policies and venue regulations

Third-Party Vendors

While we carefully select and coordinate with vendors, we are not liable for their individual performance. Direct contracts with vendors remain between you and the vendor.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total value of our service contract. We are not liable for:

  • • Actions or omissions of third-party vendors
  • • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • • Guest behavior or related incidents
  • • Weather-related disruptions
  • • Venue-related issues or changes

Insurance

We maintain professional liability insurance. We recommend clients obtain their own event insurance for additional protection.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from their event, guest actions, or violations of venue policies.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website, including designs, concepts, and creative ideas, remains our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing.

Photography and Media

  • • We may photograph/video events for portfolio and marketing purposes
  • • Clients retain rights to personal photos and videos
  • • Usage rights for marketing materials will be discussed separately
  • • Cultural and religious sensitivity will be maintained

Traditional Elements

We respect the cultural significance of traditional elements and rituals. Our use of cultural knowledge is based on authentic practices and community consultation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

Dispute Resolution

  • • Initial resolution through direct communication
  • • Mediation through a neutral third party if needed
  • • Arbitration as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
  • • Court proceedings as a last resort

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
