As a Franchise Development Associate, you'll work closely with our business development team to identify potential franchisees, conduct market research, generate leads, and guide prospects through our franchise onboarding process. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential franchisees through various channels including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors and franchise prospects through regular communication and follow-ups.
Franchise Presentations
Assist in conducting franchise presentations and information sessions to educate prospects about our cafe concept and business model.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify potential franchise locations and analyze local competition and market opportunities.
Documentation Support
Assist with franchise documentation, application processes, and help prospects navigate the franchise onboarding journey.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and franchise pipeline data in our customer relationship management system.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final year student
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Fluency in Hindi and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Business or Marketing background
- Previous sales/marketing experience
- Knowledge of F&B industry
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Social media familiarity
